The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, use it only to reply and do the work, and never sell or share it. No advertising, no tracking cookies.

What you send us
When you use the contact or booking forms, we receive what you type: your name, email, and anything else you add, such as a phone number, a date, or details about your project. We use it to reply to you, plan the work, and send an invoice or a deposit link if you book.
To keep spam out, each form submission is stored with the time, your IP address, and your browser type. You also get an email confirming we received your message.
Payments
Deposits and invoices are paid through a secure link from our payment provider. Card details go straight to the provider and never touch our website.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of. The only cookies we use keep our own staff signed in to the private studio, and visitors never receive them.
Your browser may remember small things for you during a visit, like which films you have just watched. That stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab.
Counting visits
On a few pages we count visits so we know what people look at. Each count records only the time, whether you're on a phone or a computer, and the website that sent you (for example, Instagram). It doesn't record your IP address or who you are.
Films and hosting
Our films stream from Bunny.net, a video delivery service, and a few older films may play from Vimeo. Like any website host, these services and our own server keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and to keep the site running.
What we never do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising. We share it only with the services above, and only so they can do their part.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email contact@c-wellpics.com and we'll take care of it. We may keep what the law requires, such as records of payments.
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If how we handle information changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
